Please complete the Application for Consideration of Space and enclose a picture(s) of your set-up. Applications for inside booth spaces should include brochures, a website, and/or pamphlets along with pictures.
Each year, Contracts for Space are sent mid-April to those Commercial Exhibitors and Concessionaires who met the requirements of the Contract for the previous year’s fair; thus providing them first right of refusal for the same location. In April and May, new applications which have been submitted are reviewed in regards to filling any vacancies. Applications are accepted through July 30th for consideration in the current year’s Fair.
We must have your application and picture(s) in our files to be considered for a space vacancy. In order to present an interesting and balanced Fair to the public, and as means of encouraging new services and products it is necessary to deny some applications. Space is in great demand, with minimum turnover. Fair Management reserves the right to accept or deny an application or any product/service being promoted or sold.
Inside booths are required to be manned during the operating hours of the Fair: Friday-Sunday hours are 9:00 am till 10:00 pm. Monday through Thursday hours of operation are 3:00 pm till 10:00 pm. If you are unable to operate during these hours, do not submit an application.
Outside concessions are required to operate during the following hours: Friday-Sunday: 9:00 am until 11:00 pm. Monday through Thursday hours of operation are 3:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
