The LEED-green certified Davis Event Center offers 45,000 square feet (300' by 150') of space and is an ideal location for a diverse range of events and gatherings: from national and regional trade shows and conventions, to corporate meetings, public expos, and large-scale entertainment events. With the capacity to accommodate up to 3,700, the Davis Event Center is an exciting and powerful addition to the region.
In addition to the 45,000 square foot exhibit hall, the facility features a full-service restaurant, flexible meeting space, breakout rooms, and state-of-the-art audio and video technology. The rental fee for the Davis Event Center is $4,000.00 per day or 12% of ticket gross, whichever is greater, for events conducted October 1, 2022, and beyond.
