Enjoy your next company picnic at the Mountain State Fair! We offer private event space in the Davis Event Center with seating for up to 600 people. Share a fabulous meal with your company and then enjoy a fun-filled day at the Mountain State Fair!
Group Admission Special
Adults: $8/each
Seniors: $4/each (65 years and older)
Children: $4/each (6-12 years of age)
Children: FREE (5 years and under)
Carnival Ride and Packages
Everyone loves the fun and excitement of the Mountain State Fair’s carnival rides. Reward your employees with additional fun by adding a ride ticket package.
Picnic Priced Ride Tickets: Ride sheets (21 tickets) $12.00 Advance / Gate $20.00 *Please note each ride takes more than one ticket.
Catering for Your Picnic
Choose the Fair’s on-site caterer, or any catering or food service of your choice. Companies will need to contract directly with the catering or food services regarding head count, food choices, set up of food lines, buffet tables and payment of the catering. A $1.00 per plate charge will apply to picnics choosing not to use our on-site caterer.
