5–7 year olds, 8-12 year olds, 13-17 year olds, Adult 18 and up, Celebrities
When: Tuesday, September 12, 2023
Where: Davis Event Center
Time: 6:30pm
Registration: Must be signed up by 6:00pm the day of competition (Space is limited)
Rules and Regulations:
1. Eating quantity:
• 5-7 year olds will eat one cup - first 20 people to sign up prior to event (Parents must be present at sign-up and at the competition)
• 8-12 year olds will eat two cups - first 20 people to sign up prior to event (Parents must be present at sign-up and at the competition)
• 13-17 year olds will eat three cups - first 20 people to sign up prior to event
• Adult 18 and up will eat one pint - first 25 people to sign up prior to event
• Celebrities will eat one pint - This group of people are preselected
2. Each category has a set amount of ice cream to eat (listed above). The winner is the person who finishes the amount of ice cream first. In case of a tie, there will be a 2nd round for the ones in question.
3. The NC Mountain State Fair will provide trophies to 1st place winners, and ribbons for 2nd, 3rd, 4th.
